“Freindly staff, room was cozy had everything that was needed although bed was a little hard for my likeing but thats just personal choice,breakfast was probly best ive had in any hotel, hotel is close to local pubs,diners infact everything ,will definetly be using again.”

“The hotel is just in front of the beach, which is good. Unfortunately the hotel is old, the rooms and bathrooms need to be refreshed. I was there in the beginning of June, and the room was humid and I freezed all night long. Not a pleaseant stay.”

“The hotel is beautifully renovated, stylish and modern. All staff were so friendly and customer focused. Location right on the river and quayside short walk into city centre. The terrace for drinks was probably the area where we were expecting a little more but it was still fantastic. Drinks a little pricey but it was a special occasion so we didn't mind so much.”

“Bar was a bit crowded for food and no space, had to clear our own table but apart from that food was tip top.
Girl on check in was great 10/10 nice , chatty and helpful just what you need after a 5 hour drive up the A1 she was a credit to the Hotel.”

“Property was within walking distance to Newcastle City Centre, parking was easy and bed was comfortable.
Only downside was that our toilet didnt flush properly which we reported when we left.
Would stay here again.
